As I mentioned the other day, I’m off topic a little bit this week as we near Christmas and the end of 2015. On top of that, we had a power outage that lasted for several hours this afternoon and I was cut off from internet access (gasp!). I couldn’t quite get my act together to complete the post I was working on.

Here are my best fitness posts from 2015! They include running and functional fitness workouts, plus exercise tips that will help you get in great shape!

Instead, in the spirit of year-end reviewing, here is a list of what I consider my best fitness posts of 2015.

One of the downsides of always producing new content for a blog is that older posts get swallowed up, sometimes never to be seen again.

While I do dredge them up share them from time to time, I sometimes feel sad when some of my best work is lost in the interwebs. Honestly, I work hard to produce interesting and informative content, and I’m frequently proud of my work. So, for your review, here are some of my favorite, and what I consider my best, fitness posts from 2015.
