Jackfruit Burritos
As my regular reader know, I have fallen in love with jackfruit this year and have been having fun creating a variety of healthy vegan recipes using this amazing fruit/vegetable. In addition to these burritos, I have also made jackfruit chili, curry, and jackfruit salad stuffed avocados.
